No Cook Oatmeal
In the beginning, freshly put together
In the morning the next day, ready to eat
I'm not a fan of cold oatmeal so it took me awhile to come around to trying overnight oatmeal. Once my genius 6 year old reminded me that I could "heat up the cold oatmeal mama" did I decide to give it a try. This is a great meal prep trick. It's compact in the fridge, takes less than a minute to make, magically cooks in the fridge over night and is ready in the morning! Eat it cold or warm it up!
recipe

1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup blueberries or berry of choice
1/3 cup banana (if you want) or peanut butter

1 tsp chai seeds on top (optional)
