Peanut Butter Energy Balls
These bad boys are my life! They are so easy, yummy, and make a great pick-me-up halfway through the day. Or as breakfast or dessert. Isn't that the best kind of breakfast? The kind that can also pass for a dessert?😉
Ingredients
3/4 cup peanut butter, all natural (make sure there are no ingredients other than peanuts)
1/3 cup honey
1 3/4 cup dry oats
1/3 cup chocolaty chips (dark would be best for you)
you can also add chai seeds or flax seed if you wanted
Mix it all together and roll into around 20 balls.
Let them sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up and enjoy.
2 balls = 1/2 yellow and 2 teaspoons
