Apple Crisp

Ingredients
4 cups peeled, sliced apples
3 tbsp pure maple syrup, divided, half for apples half for topping
1 tsp ground cinnamon divided, half for apples, half for topping
1/2 cup uncooked oats
1/4 cup chopped almonds


Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine apples, 2 tbs maple syrup and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a medium baking dish. Mix well.
Combine oats, almonds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a medium bowl.  Mix well.
Pour or blob topping onto of apple mixture
Bake 25-30 minutes 

Top with Greek Yogurt if you'd like
