Guilt Free Popcorn

Guilt Free Popcorn!
Confession-I've been feeding my family chemical filled microwave popcorn for years!  It was easy, I was tired, win-win.  Now that our family is on a mission to eat clean and stay fit, I had to find a just as easy way to get our popcorn fix on!   Enter, Guilt Free popcorn!   I'm so obsessed with this stove top popcorn recipe!  Easy, junk free, and oh so yummy!  It probably takes 3 minutes on the stove, it's healthier and honestly any excuse to get coconut in our bodies is a bonus!


RECIPE
1.Melt 1 tbs organic coconut oil in a large pan
2.On almost high heat, put 2 handfuls of organic popcorn kernels.  Put the lid on
3.With the lid on, shake and slide the pan around the heat until you hear the pop.  Continue shaking and sliding around every 30-60 seconds or so.
4.Once they are all popped, quickly pour them into a large paper bag (like from Trader Joe's)
5.Drizzle 1 tbs melted coconut oil on popcorn and close bag and shake thoroughly.
6.Shake a few shakes of Sea Salt on top and close bag and shake again
