Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

With decaf Green Tea in hand (thank you Trader Joe's) I share with you this yummy fall treat!  My husband and I gobbled these up!  They make the house smell amazing, and taste even better.

Ingredients
Dry
1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
2/3 cups almond flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips  (dark chocolate or baking chocolate would be the cleaner choice😉)
Wet
1 egg
1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree or can pumpkin
1/3 cup pure maple syrup

RECIPE
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
2. Lightly grease your cookie sheet (I like to spray my cookie sheets with coconut oil spray either from Trader Joe's or Sprouts. They both have them for under $5.)
3. Combine all of the dry ingredients. Mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.  Mix well.
5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix until blended.
6. Spoon cookies onto the baking sheet and flatten a smidge. These cookies aren't going to grow in the oven so make sure to make them into 12 cookie shaped circles.😂
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes
