Spinach, Egg, and Cheese Quiche
Crust Ingredients
1 bag cauliflower rice
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon of:
garlic powder
oregano
sea salt
pepper

Egg Filling
8 eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry or ground mustard (if you have it, if not it's ok)
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 of a 4oz can of green chilies (optional)
1/2 of a 4oz can of green chilies (optional)
2 chopped garlic cloves
Optional, add 2 chicken sausage links cooked and crumbled or cooked turkey bacon

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix crust ingredients together in medium medium mixing bowl.
Grease baking dish with coconut oil.
Pat down crust ingredients in baking dish to form a crust.
Bake for 1-15 minutes, leave oven on and place crust to the side.
Mix egg filling ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Pour egg filling on already baked crust in baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Add optional cheese to the top and bake an additional 2 minutes.
