Brussel Sprouts

Smothered in garlic and olive oil, these bad boys are were delicious and the whole family gobbled them upπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜

Ingredients
Brussels sprouts 
Extra virgin olive oil
Chopped garlic 
Sea salt
Ground pepper

Directions 
-preheat oven to 400
-cut brussel sprouts in half (I used a bag of fresh ones)
-in a freezer bag, add brussels sprouts and drizzle with olive oil, chopped garlic, sea salt (I use Himalayan) and ground pepper
-I like to cover my cookie sheets with aluminum foil
-rub olive oil or spray it on cookie sheet
-bake 20-30 minutes
-stuff your face

The sauce I drizzled on top is from the Ultimate Reset and is below, it's actually a salad dressing but I adore it😍

Ingredients
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey (or pure maple syrup)

Blend until smooth
