Salad of all salads
So this salad is my life😍
I make several of these every meal prep and have them for lunch a few times a week. They are HUGE, super filling, and low fat/high energy! Bing👌🏼
-3 cups greens
-1 to 2 cups of chopped veggies, I use carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and whatever I have on had really.
- 1/2 cup sprouts, broccoli or broccoli slaw is a bonus if you have some on hand
-1 cup of brown rice or quinoa just dumped on top. I use whichever I'm already meal prepping for the week
- 1/4 cup hummus, I use the organic mini packs from Costco
-dressing is lemon juice, olive oil, salt &a pepper, I use liquid aminos but you could balsamic vinegar
-oregano if you want, I do😘
