Clean & Lean Chicken Salad


Clean & Lean Chicken Salad
2 Shredded chicken breasts (either from a rotisserie or cooked at home)
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup red grapes chopped in half or smaller
1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt or avocado
1 tsp mustard
sea salt & pepper to taste and hot sauce if you'd like

mix it all up and stuff in your mouth!  I like to scoop it with Clery sticks (since I already have the celery out) or have it open face on a slice of toasted Ezekiel bread! Mmm...
